BIRMINGHAM–As construction continues in downtown Birmingham for Interstate Improvements, the Alabama Department of Transportation is pleased to announce that all lanes and ramps (I-59 SB & I-20 WB – I-59-NB & I-20 EB) are open to traffic.
A Dedication Ceremony was held on Friday, January 17th with Governor Kay Ivey as the speaker.
