I-59/20 SB at I-65 Interchange Reopened, in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM – The Alabama Department of Transportation announced today, Wednesday, April 11th, that I-59/20 Southbound at the I-65 Interchange has been RE-OPENED for the traveling public. These lanes were originally scheduled to re-open late Wednesday night.

“We are glad to announce this opening and we thank motorists for their patience during this construction”, says DeJarvis Leonard, East Central Region Engineer.
