BIRMINGHAM – As construction continues in Birmingham to improve the I-59/20 and I-65 Interchanges, the Alabama Department of Transportation says the 11th Avenue ramps will open to improve the departure from downtown Birmingham. The 11th Avenue North ramps will be opening on August 27th at approximately 7:30 a.m.

To effectively navigate the ramp you’ll need some tips. They include:
