BIRMINGHAM– As construction continues in downtown Birmingham for Interstate Improvements, the Alabama Department of Transportation says drivers should expect delays.

There will be intermittent lane closures and ramp closures this week on Red Mountain Expressway and I-59/20 Northbound and Southbound.

• The Red Mountain Expressway ramp onto I-59/20 NB will be closed Friday night, January 11th, from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. for Industrial Safety Fence Installation.

BIRMINGHAM– As construction continues in downtown Birmingham for Interstate Improvements, the Alabama Department of Transportation says drivers should expect delays.

There will be intermittent lane closures and ramp closures this week on I-65 Northbound, I-65 Southbound, I-59/20 Northbound, I-59/20 Southbound, Red Mountain Expressway, and Carraway Blvd.

Carraway Blvd. northbound between Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. and 11th Avenue will close between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. each of the following nights; Friday, November 16th, Monday, November 19th, and Tuesday, November 20th, for Median and Island Demolition.

BIRMINGHAM– As construction continues in Birmingham to improve the I-59/20 and I-65 Interchanges, the Alabama Department of Transportation says drivers should expect delays this week.

There will be intermittent lane closures and ramp closures this week on I-59/20 Southbound, and I-65 Northbound and Southbound

There will be a single left lane closure on I-65 Southbound between 3rd Avenue South and the Green Springs Avenue exit Monday, August 13th, at 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday, August 16th.

BIRMINGHAM– As construction continues in Birmingham to improve the I-59/20 and I-65 Interchanges, the Alabama Department of Transportation says drivers should expect delays this week.

There will be intermittent lane closures and ramp closures this week on I-59/20 Northbound and Southbound and I-65 Northbound and Southbound.

Monday, July 30th through Thursday, August 2nd, there will be a single lane closure on I-65 Northbound from 6th Avenue North to the 12th Court Bridge from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day while the contractor forms a new barrier.

BIRMINGHAM– As construction continues in Birmingham to improve the I-59/20 and I-65 Interchanges, the Alabama Department of Transportation says drivers should expect delays this week.

There will be intermittent lane closures and ramp closures this week on Red Mountain Expressway, I-59/20 Northbound and Southbound as well as I-65 Northbound and Southbound.

I-65 Northbound will have a lane closure from the 16th Street bridge to the Finley Blvd. Exit every day through next Tuesday, July 17th from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
